Not really much happened today. We had a conference in Mesquite for work. It was all pretty interesting. I had a brief part -- talking about training -- but mostly I was there to meet people and put names to faces. That was pretty cool. I am going back out there tomorrow afternoon as well. More training information. Let me tell you, they are on a training push. That should actually make everyone feel better. We are working to make sure Americans can go to work and be safe. It is kind of cool that I have some kind of part in that! Okay, very random thought.
I am SO happy the weather is turning cooler and staying that way. I have the windows open and it is so nice. My electric bill from last month was super duper high and I was not happy!! Oh well. With the heat, I guess it was expected. Still didn't like it though.
The plan tonight is to watch some tv and then go to the gym for a dance class and possibly more cardio -- depends on how much the dance class gets my heart rate up. Yes, again, I am a dork. :) Have a wonderful evening!
