My First Official Training Session

I met my trainer today for my first official workout with him. I feel great. I am sore in places I really didn't know existed. We are working on the basics right now. It is amazing to think that anyplace I am weak right now, will be strong in a few weeks. I have more energy even after Sunday's little amount of work. Of course, getting to sleep will be a hard since my body is has no idea what is going on! I assume it will settle down and get on a normal schedule. Jen, please let me know if that is true!!!! Last night I was up until 3. But I woke up and was fine. Had energy. Wow, I just realized I did not have caffeine at all today. That is a nice feeling. So, I guess Jen, now that I am getting into it, we need to start a challenge. I am feeling rather competitive right now :-).

Okay, enough of this. I have been on the computer all day. Not really sure why I got back on after the gym!

Wish I was as dedicated as Gail and Katie, they meet each other at the Gym at 4;30 in the morning to work out together. Might be fun but won't be happenig. By the way we still don't have the right power cord for the printer. Can look around. Good Luck on your training. I know it isn't easy loosing what we gain, I struggle every day to keep what I lost off and I am not winning at this moment.

I'll take your challenge! Let's set a very do-able goal of 10 pounds by January 1st!

Your body will settle into a new routine, but it may take a week or two. I am always sore about 2 days after the workout, so that's a day I like to let my body rest and soak in a hot bath. Keep it up...I am so proud of you!!!
