School is over. THANK God!!!!! I thought International Business was tough. Oh my goodness. I never thought it would be over. And the subject matter was fun and great. It is just this job is taking everything out of me. Remember that whole thing where I won't delegate? Seriously, I need to learn to do it better. I am fine, just every once in a while I have to yell and say, back off!!!! Okay, I don't yell at my co-workers :-). Mom and Dad, why did you have to raise such a responsible person.... sigh :-)........ Oh, and I got a B in the class. It does make it all better than I am working at home, in my sweats and my TIGGER slippers :-). Oh so professional.
I am trying Tofurky for the first time next week. They have these little Thanksgiving dinners. I have tried the sliced turkey, and it is pretty good. I can eat everything else and plan to do so. I need to find my pumpkin pie recipe. I make a darn good pumpkin pie. I will hold nothing back on that :-). I will let you know about the Tofurky though.
