Angela has the best backyard in the world (next to Aunt Gail's actually. All Gail needs is a pool!). I am sure I have mentioned Angela's pool many times in my blog and Jen has too in hers. There was another get together today -- just because. I had to leave early to meet Ryan for a session (I think I am crazy for such dedication, really.....) but I got to spend a good 2 hours there. There was even some sun :). It was nice to hang out, soak in some rays and just relax. I couldn't have a couple of beers but really, that was no loss. I needed to drink water anyway! I was supposed to reasses today, but for some reason we are waiting until Thursday. That's okay. While I feel pretty good, I always feel like a few more cardio sessions will get me down further! It is a mind game, really. Well, back to Angela's. It is so worth the 40 minute drive to get to her place (and even more so when i can actually stay longer than 2 hours!!).
And I did get a booty kicking today with Ryan. I am definitely going to feel it tomorrow. But I feel great. And that is all that matters!!! But yoga tomorrow night will feel soooooo good. So, time to take some advil and get to packing up the apartment!
