When I flew into Chicago on Monday, it started raining. Apparently it hadn't been raining in Chicago. Until I got there. It was clear when I left yesterday, but the rain break that Dallas was getting is now over. I went to lunch without an umbrella (because I left it in my car, silly me!). It started pouring on my way back from Subway. I think I am finally drying out!!! I was a pitiful sight though. (I still am. Thank goodness I had no meetings this afternoon!)
I was actually busy today which was kind a nice change. Of course nothing interesting happened while I was out of the office, but I didn't expect too much. I have just been plugging away and trying to catch up. I am ready to go home though. I have been out of the office for 4 days, but it is still tiring to come back.
