The Best Feeling EVER!!!

Well, Texas A&M WON against tu yesterday afternoon and it happens to be the best feeling in the world. Mike and I went to the Corner Bar for the 2nd half of the game and A&M was already ahead 6 - 0. I am very glad we went. I would have probably been content to yell and scream in my living room, but yelling and screaming with fellow Aggies was such a rush!!! So, in those final moments, when it looked like we had actually won the game, nerves were pretty high. It was just a matter of keeping the ball under control and away from the Texas end zone. And we did it!!! It was so funny-- the feeling was like we had all been playing the game with the team! I ended up talking to the gal sitting next to me because we both had to keep ourselves occupied during the last 2 minutes! But I just was so HAPPY!!! 6 years without a win against tu. And it ended! The team played awesome -- the hits those guys took seemed to not phase them at all (although I read that off the field, the body was showing signs of the big hits). And, well, even Coach Fran did good. Now he just needs to lead us to victory against OU and Tech.

Thanksgiving was very good. And too much food was consumed as normal! I really need to get to the gym today. And start my food logs again. I kind of let it slide these last couple of days. But all is good. I went to Mom and Dads for lunch, then met Mike in Plano at his Mom's house -- popped in and said hi -- and then we went to his friends house. It was all pretty good. And I have some yummy pumpkin pie (mine :)) left........

I think that is it for today. I need to figure out what i want to do today (besides Pilates class). I think I do need to run to the grocery store to get "real" food.
