The Sierra Club opposes Alito's confirmation too. Got that email today. :-) My SPCA email didn't say anything about Alito, but you never know how the cats and dogs will go. He, he!
Okay, so I am down 4% body fat. 4 inches in the waist and 4 inches in the chest. Few inches in the thighs as well. He, he! Ryan re-took my measurements today since apparently Tim didn't key in my last measurements...... oops. I think Ryan has been charged with making me happy since my experience with losing the first trainer and nobody telling me. I have his cell number (never had Tim's) and he goes the little extra to make sure I feel comfortable.
That is it for today. Nothing too fascinating happened. Work was good but this allergy attack is just making me miserable. At least I am getting over it! Supernatural is on -- since the Office and My Name is Earl moved to Thursdays, I get to watch it in a first run basis. If you haven't seen it, it is very good. Freaky scary, but good. (However, starting next week, I have the 8:00 slot with Ryan, so I will have to record it anyway.).
