NY was wonderful. I had an awesome time and really loved seeing Glenn. I haven't seen him in what seems like forever and it was nice just to spend time with him. It snowed on New Year's Eve and the ground was just beautiful. It was hard to come back, and very hard to go back to work. I have this feeling things are going to get interesting. Or at least crazy. I start school on Saturday, so that will just add to the craziness. My friends might not see me until Feb. But it is my LAST session and I am ready to get it over with. At the end of February I will have my Masters Degree!!! (I am already planning the party.......)
Okay, now for the change stinks part of the blog. I go in for my training session on Tuesday and I find out trainer Tim QUIT!!!!! On Sunday. I was, needless to say, a tad ticked off. He didn't call (or, more importantly, the trainer manager didn't call to inform me I would be changing trainers, but that is another story.). I thought I had a good rapport with him and so it kind of hurt that he didn't at least call and say he was no longer there. I did call him when I got home last night and we had a chat. I understand the reasoning behind it, but not the way he did it. But he is young, so I guess I was expecting a little too much. I had my first workout with my new trainer today. His name is Ryan. Trainer Ryan doesn't have the same ring..... Anyway, he is pretty good and he did kick my butt. But I kind of lost a little of that momentum -- but, the silver lining is that the work out is varied. New perspective on the workout. It wasn't personal but still irritated me.

Wow! That seems a bit professionally irresponsible to me. Someone should have called you to let you know. Keep me posted on what you think of your new trainer!
