The Weekend

Thai food rocks! I saved up all my calories so I could indulge and not feel guilty. My favorite dish is swimming in coconut milk and there is no way I am giving that up. I really do plan to hit the gym tonight. I will do a little more writing and head up there. Since it is Sunday night and very cold, I expect finding an elliptical will be no problem. I think my weight loss has stalled (don't bring up the Thai food......) and I really need to focus on hitting the cardio when Ryan suggests. I am getting stronger at the resistance training though. Very proud of myself. And I don't threaten to hit him as much as I used to. I am sure he appreciates that. He did get very quiet during my workout Saturday. It is kind of funny, I thought there was something wrong. Apparently, my form was just in good shape and he had nothing to yell out. Usually, it is hips tilted, abs in, you know.... that kind of stuff.

Okay, back to work. One more week.... or actually, less than a week and this is all over. Then what will I do??????? Have to get a new goal :-).
