Hump Day

Thank God it is Wednesday. Meaning tomorrow is Thursday and my week is almost over. Another week from Hades. Almost had a good streak going of somewhat good weeks, but seriously emailed mom and asked her whether she and dad could float me if I quit and looked for another job. It really almost got to that point. Seriously this place is NOT healthy!!! ( Nobody at work knows I have a blog, nor know where to even look, so I don't feel too bad about venting here. )

I did get a text message from a girlfriend of mine who just started a new job and seems to really like it. I joked that I would like to work there and she said they are looking for an HR Manager. Hum..... :-). And I had a meeting with my favorite Professor yesterday, Dr. Watson. She is going to help me get back on track and figure out what I am going to do after I finally get my Master's degree. I feel a little more empowered now. But, I am not at the place I want to be and you should really be surprised if I stay past the summer. I know I am where I need to be at this time.... Learning lessons,blah, blah blah. But think I can learn them much quicker in a place that doesn't make me want to slit my wrists.

On the brighter side of the world, my birthday is next week. He, he. I am taking that Wednesday off, because I need a day off (don't you dare ask why!!!). I have assignments due the next day, so truthfully I might spend the day working on that then go out that night. I really need to figure out what I am going to do for my actual birthday though. Mia shares the same birthday. I think I am only like 2 hours older than her. For those of you who really want to know we are celebrating the 7th anniversary of our 27th birthday. And we don't look a day over 25 :-). Sorry, Mia, outed you on the age. Hope you didn't want to keep it too much of a secret!

Okay, I have to go. I went to the gym right after work so I need to get cleaned up and started on the Manipulation paper.
