Nothing major happened, but it was a rather nice weekend (so far). I was supposed to meet a friend on Friday night, but he was unable to so we rescheduled for Saturday night. I then thought I was going to get a nice evening in with the sweats and movies. Well, then my upstairs neighbor comes over and asks I want to join her and her friend for dinner. I had already eaten, but it sounded like fun so I decided to join them. We went to a great place called La Duni. Very good food, great atmosphere and desserts to die for. I only had 2 bites of the cake, but oh my, it was heaven. Next time I think I will go just for dessert and coffee.
Yesterday was just a Saturday. My chair dancing class that I wanted to take was cancelled. I was kind of looking forward to it, but no biggy. I just hit the elliptical. The friend I had to postpone with on Friday called and said we could see each other, he just had to bring his daughter since his mother/babysitter wasn't going to be around. Well, I wanted to see Curious George and that just seemed perfect. Sorry mom, saw it without you. It was so cute! I really did more laughing than the 3 year old. It was a nice evening and the kid liked me. So that is good! Apparently all you have to do is wear dangling earrings and buy her popcorn. I also remembered that I have used the panting of the toe nails to settle little ones down, so maybe I need to carry a bottle in my purse.
okay, its just going to be a Sunday. Nothing too exciting. Errands, writing, cleaning, watching movies. Oh, yeah, I do have to go to the gym. Popcorn and skittles are not diet food, believe it or not :-)

Sounds like it was a good weekend! (Had to be better than laying on the couch hacking up a lung all weekend long!)
