Another Texas Stadium Memory
I have no idea why I forgot this! When I was a Girl Scout, we'd have sleep overs at Texas Stadium. All the troops would get together and it would be a big ol party. As much of a party as elementary kids could have :). One year it got so cold (they would do this in January!) that we all got a polar bear badge (I may not remember it all so clearly -- it was a LONG time ago. Mom can help with details. She was there too!). I just remember the happy feeling of singing, playing games and sleeping in sleeping bags on really hard concrete in the concourse (we weren't allowed on the field). I don't think I have pictures of those days though. It was way before the invention of digital cameras :).

What a great memory! I saw so many concerts there...I'm sad to see it go! What an iconic building!
