It is the simple things that make life fun. Today was my hair appointment. I found a great hair dresser at the Ulta near my house. She did highlights today -- I feel so much happier now. I guess that is another thing I am going to need to budget in every few months because the box color from the stores isn't working for me anymore and I am getting very bad roots. That is one maintenance cost I think I will be able to do though. As long as Colleen stays there, I will be happy! Then it was off to see Ms. Magic Fingers. As always, she did a wonderful job and I feel great!
I was going to stay in tonight, but Mia told me that Brian's band was playing tonight. I haven't seen Mia in a long time, so I am going to make the drive to Denton to see them. Should be fun. Plus i get to show off my new hair color :-). I have a few hours before I have to get ready so I think I will get some school work done.
Speaking of school, I received my papers back today from my professor. I am getting my pep back for school. Blew them away. Or at least the first one -- got an A on that. The second one was a B. But I will take it. I don't have to register again until Dec and then they don't start up until Jan. 8. I just have 2 more assignments and then I can completely recoup from classes and get ready for the final push to finish this degree. The reading for this section is very interesting so that is good.
