A little bit normal

The whole weekend was a blur. I slept a lot however I felt like I had no rest.  Monday at work I was emotionally drained.  It was a 5:30 AM day and that makes the day rough to begin with -- add being just drained, it was all I could do to make it.  I can usually handle the chaos of class day, but I really just didn't want to deal with the yahoos this week.  I can say I was ready to get the heck out of dodge at 2:30.  

That night I had a PR Team Meeting and it was great just to get the energy and support of my fellow PR Sisters. When I got back from the meeting, Jimmy had a surprise for me.  A little black and white kitten. She is such a beauty!  He said he had been thinking about it for a few weeks.  And that she is not a replacement for Sierra (she could never be!).  I figure I can't deny a cute little feline a cozy home and lots of cuddles and love.  She is a nut!!!  Fuzzy is still not sure about her but I think they will soon be best friends.  I am picturing lots of mischief.  

I want to give a big shout out to All Paws Go to Heaven.  That is the company Jimmy found to gather Sierra up. They delivered her back to the apartment in a pretty cedar box.  They also gave us a candle, a copy of the Rainbow Bridge and a paw shaped seeds to grow a plant in memory of my sweet baby.  We had to deal with my car and a dead battery so I was very relieved when they came to pick her up.
