I want to find my own homicidal monkey so I can take it to work, put it on my desk and really make them think I have lost my mind. Because really, I only have less than a month in the office. Might as well make it fun. (Again, I love The Bloggess).

Yep it is just under 6 AM and I am awake. I would try to go back to sleep however I have to go to the vet at 8 to visit Sir Fuzzy Butt, so I will just take a nap this afternoon. I figure I can be a bit productive before I head out.
Oh, and why is Sir Fuzzy Butt at the vet? You might be asking this since he came home last Friday all ticked off because he had a bandage on his leg and an e-collar he was refusing to wear. Poor little guy had a complication with surgery and is now resting after another surgery! He had a reaction to the subcutaneous sutures and it cut of blood flow. I really was scared I broke the poor cat (actually I really was very upset because I think that it is all my fault for not taking him back sooner and that he would lose a foot.) But even David pointed out that he saw the foot on Monday night and he never thought for one minute that there was an issue. Long story short, he is about 80% better but he had to stay so the vet techs could monitor him and change bandages. And get this, Sierra actually misses him! She acts like she hates him when he is around, but yeah, I know the truth now. She was even waiting at the door to see if I brought him home last night. She seems to be okay with the explanation that he will be home soon. At least as okay as a cat can be......
Everyone have a great Saturday. It is the start of College Football season so I am beyond excited! I just read about the first big upset (really, Baylor over TCU!). That score looked like it would have given me a heart attack if I had been a fan for either team. A&M doesn't play until Sunday, so I have to "patiently" wait............
