So, when you are changing the litter boxes and you must take a break from this task for a brief moment, you should put the lid back on the bucket of Fresh Step (or whatever brand you are using). If you don't, you shouldn't be surprised when your little one decides that he wants to use this very fresh litter to pee. Even when there is a completely clean litter box just inches away in the bathroom.
