The end of the week!

I was too busy celebrating the win of "The Office" at the Emmy's to write anything this week. Okay, not really but I needed to come up with a creative reason I hadn't written..... an excuse better than "I just didn't want to". It has been both the most uneventful week and the strangest week. I swear, people just kept changing on me. Not a bad thing, but a lot to take in on Wednesday morning. For example, one of my friends is moving to CA -- I knew she was, but she announced that it was in 3 weeks. Most of the people who read this know the situation, so there is no reason to rehash! One good thing about her moving is that she is going to go through all the clothes she doesn't want to take with her -- and I am the same size she is...... So, I will possibly getting some new clothes out of the deal :-). Okay, I will miss her too, but hey, this is a good way to remember her.

Ryan is moving to a new gym so I am following him to the new place in Highland Park. If you know of anyone who needs a trainer, let me know. He is awesome and I get referral "free sessions" if I send him people. There really wasn't that incentive at 24 Hour, but now that he is building his own business, I wanna help him out. We did re-assessments last night and it is still coming off. I hit the old goal number and now I am pushing it out 5 more lbs. Doing other things besides the elliptical has kept me motivated (like dance and yoga). I am working out, yet it doesn't really seem like it. Plus the dancing and yoga help those sore muscles I get from the Ryan work outs. He wants me to give him "before" and "after" shots. I have the before (I just really don't want to give them to him......), I just need the after! I think Mike is going to take some of me so I can get some good ones.

Well, that is it. I really should have taken today off. I just am not feeling it today. I guess I could still take off the afternoon. But might as well stay and build up my PTO. Mike and I are going to Angela's tomorrow afternoon to hang by the pool, but other than that, I have no idea what the weekend holds. He gets to meet some of my other friends (believe it or not, he hasn't met Jen and David yet!!!). He started school on Tuesday, so he will have physics homework. Yeah, that was never my subject so he is going to have no help from me!
