My neighbor's washing machine broke and now I have water coming into my dining room. I never would have known either because I was happily asleep on the couch. This nice maintenance guy came banging on my door and made the discovery. There is a carpet crew on the way so I don't have to do anything and it really isn't as bad as Jen's super water experience (I won't get a cool new apartment out of it), but still kind of inconvenient. I was looking forward to a sleepy Saturday and now I will have loud machines sucking up water. Oh well. At least it wasn't MY washing machine. And it was the downstairs neighbor, not the upstairs neighbor. Silver lining :-)
My workout was very good today. We are starting to work the muscles I haven't been using. So I will be sore tomorrow. One of those where I won't be able to wash my hair! It was good though. I thought we were doing measurements today, but I guess I will have to wait until another day to report on those. His appointment after me cancelled so he actually went a little over with me. The joys of being an established client.
Happy Saturday. I am going to go back to watching movies, but I don't think I will get to go back to sleep until tonight. I expect loud machines soon.
PS - no baby girl Durham yet. 3 days over and counting. She is going to be just as stubborn as the rest of the family, I can tell :-).
