In my new temp gig, we are doing Open Enrollment for 1000+ people. Manually. Meaning paper forms. The system wasn't set up this year and well, you gotta do what you gotta do. It ended yesterday so I am now flooded with Orange forms (the color that was chosen, for some reason). It is a pain in the booty, that is for sure, but it has to be done and there is no way around it. However one particular person, we shall call Sunshine, will not stop complaining. And she complains and complains. Total negative Nancy. I've dealt with too many of those types in my past. I truly hope my happiness and positive attitude annoys her. Because the more she complains, the perkier I get. I spent 7 months dealing with whiny, complaining drunk people at the bar -- I can totally deal with her. She is a piece of cake compared to Twila (some of you have heard of Twila. You know what I mean when I say that!). I am happy to be working. The woman should be grateful she has manual forms to process!!! But back to Orange. I really never want to see that color again. Which really isn't good since Fuzzy is all orange fluff. But, you know what, he is the best ball of orange fluffiness the world has to offer!!!
The week is almost over! I am definitely looking forward to the weekend. It is amazing the appreciation you get for Saturday and Sunday when you have a "normal" job. Before those were just two more days (and I actually had to work them) but now I am off work when my friends are and that just adds to the fun!
I am trying to go through old magazines. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks and it hasn't gotten done yet. I really just want to go to bed :). Sweet dreams all!
