I still love NY, even though I only got this afternoon in the city. We went to the Museum of Modern Art today. Some I loved and some I really didn't think was art. But I guess that is the point of art and the collections. I will download some of pictures when I get home to my computer. The guy in the gift shop totally cracked me up. While I was checking out, he asked if I was a member of the museum. When I said no, he was like "why ". Yeah, I don't live here. He quickly said "oh" and then did a finger gun with "bang bang", like all Texans have guns (okay, maybe you had to be there - and maybe most Texans do have guns........). I was more giggling at the fact the gift shop guy was questioning why I wasn't a member than anything else.
I head back to Dallas tomorrow and so happy I had this tiny break in NY. It is lovely here!
(Half way through the book and it is great so far. :)).
