I moved and now live in Ft Worth. After a month of trying to get myself acclimated and back to normal, I feel a lot better! Fuzzy pretty much took to our new home in Sir Fuzzy Butt style. He embraced it and pretty much took over..... Sierra was a bit slower however she is now exploring more and making herself vocal. She can talk up a storm when she wants to express herself. I slowed on the job searching front (end of the year was very slow for all job seekers, I imagine), however now I am going to hit it hard. I hope to have some stories of interviews to post on this blog...... we shall see!
On Friday I headed out to Addison to meet some friends for the Arkansas vs Kansas State game. Since they are future SEC sisters (they are Hogs and A&M is hitting the SEC in July) I was rooting for Arkansas. And they won! So good for the Hogs. Not that I really care who wins the BCS championship game tonight, but I think I am rooting a bit more for LSU. I have no idea what I will do when football season is over. I am so sad I don't get to see the Aggies until Sept! :( But my Hog friends did express interest in doing a road trip to Aggieland when Arkansas plays A&M in the fall. I haven't been back for a game in years so that would be extra awesome!!!
